Interiors
Villas have been designed keeping in mind aesthetics, practicality, local conditions and maintenance.
- Villas come in a choice of 3 or 4 bedrooms.
- Other rooms include a living room, dining room, kitchen, entertainment room, servant’s rooms, garage, utility spaces, and a gazebo or massage pavilion.
- All rooms have large sit-outs or balconies which add to the feeling of space and allow you to enjoy the outdoors without leaving your home.
- Natural materials such as stone and timber are used for flooring.
- Mood lighting makes use of energy saving LEDs.
- The kitchen and bathrooms have state of the art fittings.
- All white goods are provided, including any specific requirements that the customer may have.
- Villas will be delivered complete in all respects right down to with towels in the bathrooms, cutlery in the kitchen, and linen on the beds.
